EclipseCrossword…

Eclispse Crossword

I ran across a cool program today called EclipseCrossword. The program is one of several programs created by Green Eclipse (I also used EclipseStyle, their stylesheet editor, today). Obviously EclipseCrossword allows you to create customized crossword puzzles that can be printed, saved to file, or even shared online. I created a sample puzzle for your crossword enjoyment. Give it a try!

  1. i suck at crosswords in general and particularly yours. when i read those ambiguous clues my mind starts racing and usually in the wrong direction.

i got 5 words of yours filled in and checked it and 4 of them were wrong.

    dang.

  2. I suck at them too. I would never have gotten the ones I made. I’ve never finished a crossword puzzle completely in my life.

  3. Wow. They even hash the answer words so you can’t peek at them in the source code. Pretty sophisticated.
